How often do these reports get updated?

The reports for all available social media accounts get updated on a daily basis.

My account is disabled. What should I do?

Most probably it is because you did not activate your account by confirming your email. You should have received a confirmation email upon registration completion. If you have not received such email, please use the resend activation form.
